Graphics, according to Wikipedia, is a general term for any design,

layout, and arrangement of visual elements, usually two-dimensional,

such as newspapers, books, and advertising posters.

So, should I define myself as a graphic designer?

No.

I don't just scan and retouch photos, or design flyers, or remove wrinkles/double chins/whiten teeth in Photoshop.

I mostly enjoy it. To draw, to photograph, to think outside the box.

The biggest limitation of a graphic designer is not the software and the computer, but the hands and especially the head – the imagination.

Album covers, t-shirts, posters, business cards, albums, and books. That's what I enjoy doing the most.
